Bible Study & Fellowship Opportunities

St. Peter's has always had an abundance of fellowship opportunities. Our motto should be, "where two or more are gathered, we will eat." Come and join us!

COFFEE TIME is held each Sunday morning between the early worship service and the Sunday School time in the Parish Life Center which is located at the opposite end of the building from the Sanctuary. Join us for coffee and conversation. Sometimes we have doughnuts and sometimes we have grits and breakfast casseroles. We never know. Join us and find out! Coffee Time begins at 9:30 am.

WEDNESDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY is held at 10:00 am each Wednesday morning in the Fellowship Hall. Coffee is available. Bring your Bible. Topics vary.

LOVING GROUP is a fun group that meets on the last Tuesday of every month at 10:00 am in the Fellowship Hall. They begin the morning with coffee and putting together our monthly newsletter, The Proclaimer. Around 11:00 am they have a short program and then at noon they eat. Lunch is provided. This group also goes apple picking each fall and on other fun trips throughout the year.  Bobbi Buff & Donna White are the contact folks for this group.

DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS are starting all the time and they meet at various times. If you are interested, please contact Tom Lawhead or Brenda Hedgecock to find a group.

MEN'S BIBLE STUDY is held on Friday mornings from 6:15-7:15 am in the Fellowship Hall. This study is led by Toby Porth and Mike Weidner.

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDIES are held in short sessions year-round. There are two different sessions to help meet your scheduling needs. The Monday evening session begins at 6:30 pm and the Tuesday morning session begins at 9:30 am. Both sessions are currently meeting in the Gathering Room which is the room behind the Parish Life Center. Contact the church office to find out about the current study.

BOOK CLUB meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Gathering Room (in the back of the PLC). They read a different book each month and meet for discussion. Brenda Hedgecock leads this group.
